Little Christmas Wreath's

Project info December 2009 Name: Christmas Wreath Pattern: Christmas Crochet Coffee Cozy by Vicki Blizzard Craft: Crochet Hooks & yarn Hook: 4.0 mm (G) Yarn: Harrisville Designs Twitchell Mills Country Knitting Yarn 2 ply Nubby Tweeds Colorway: 4543 Project info Name: 5" Christmas Wreath Craft: Crochet Made for: Me Hooks & yarn Hook: 4.0 mm (G) Yarn: Harrisville Designs Twitchell Mills Country Knitting Yarn 2 ply Nubby Tweeds Colorway: 4543 Yarn: J&P Coats Royale Metallic Crochet Thread (Size 10) Colorway: Gold Yarn: Knit Picks Palette Colorway: 6085 Notes This was cute and quick to make, just what I need since I am running out of time to make gifts! I left off the cozy part so that my little wreaths can be used for ornaments. For the 5" wreath I used the idea from Coats and Clark’s Christmas Crochet Coffee Cozy, but I felt the wreath needed to be more firm, so I used a 3” metal hoop to attach my stitches too, and instead of chaining 10, I chained 12, and did a lot more than 40 loops! I lost count how many I actually did, but I made it look nice and full. Then I crochet a pretty gold ribbon and little red berries and hot glued those on. It is very pretty and makes a great wall hanging. It measures about 5 1/2” across.
