Cocoa Absolute Chocolates

You’ve never been one to judge insides by outsides. (Since, after all, you look like Veruca Salt but eat like an Oompa Loompa.)

But Jewel Zimmer does so without shame. The former SF pastry chef’s new line of irresistible pavé chocolates, Cocoa Absolute, marries out-of-this-world ingredients with aesthetic perfection.

Using rare, single-origin cult chocolate from all over the world, Zimmer conjures her own special alchemy by adding botanicals to each flavor profile. Each perfectly sleek square, adorned with an art deco motif, is infused with highly concentrated cocoa extract.

Besides containing antioxidants, the treats have special extras like burnt sugar, sea salt, and certified organic bergamot oil from Calabria, Italy.

In case you have a palate like Willy Wonka’s.
