By all accounts, Dulcie wasn’t always a Saturday Night Girl. With a penchant for wearing herringbone trousers and riding motorcycles, she spent her Saturday evenings at the dance halls. Dulcie had heard of The Saturday Night Girls but felt it no place for an exciting type such as herself. This was a club for conversation and a place to enjoy tea and cake whilst practising one’s needlework skills. Although, having never been part of a real girls club and not one to miss out on anything she decided to embrace the lady within, swapping her trousers for a needle and thread. Confidence rarely eluded Dulcie but when Saturday arrived and she entered the club, with poodle Clyde by her side, she found herself overcome with trepidation. Would she be accepted into the club? After all she wasn’t always a Saturday Night Girl. Are you?

The best example is the claim made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but by prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens.
